Binary dump performed from 8.3 database for one table and load attempted
to version 9 database
New database growing much more (tenfold) than the size of the file used for binary load .
CAUSE:
The maximum number of records per block for one or more storage area
extents where the table is loading is set to too low value.
FIX:
Increase value for the maximum number of records per block in the structure
file to a higher, more reasonable value.
