SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics Independent window cannot be resized after deleting dynamic viewer fields
When Dynamic viewer fields are deleted, the viewer space does not seem to be released.
The viewer retains the space as if the deleted fields are still being used.
The container window cannot be resized to remove the redundant space.
