Error 730: Netbios Must be Loaded ; NLM Server
If customer is trying to connect to a database using Progress NLM
and receives error 730: Netbios must be loaded before running progress
Make sure they are using the -N spx startup for the client.
You must use SPX to connect to the NLM server.
This error can also occur if the PROCFG environment variable being
used by the client is pointing to the server's SYS:\DLC\PROGRESS.CFG.
Have the customer re-confirm which license file is being referenced
when the client executable is invoked.
