Error 429, 'Failed to create object'
CAUSE:
The ActiveX client does not work with JRE version 1.3.1_02
FIX:
1) Uninstall JRE 1.3.1_02
2) Install JRE version 1.3.0(-C)
3) Reinstall ActiveX client
