Citrix MetaFrame (for Windows 2000 Terminal Server)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
database crashed with error 5635.
Running on Citrix Server.
Error 290 trying to open convmap.cp.
Database was shut down and restarted but did not help.
CAUSE:
Convmap.cp has a file lock of some sort and can not be opened.
FIX:
Rebooted all Citrix Servers, normal operation returned.
