Fast Track only shows the Maintenance Menu
When Fast Track Only Shows the Maintenance Menu
There are two main reasons why Fast Track might only show the
maintenance menu.
1)The customer is using version 7. Version 7 no longer supports Fast
Track development. V7 only allows you to maintain your previous
Fast Track applications. V8 no longer supports Fast Track at all.
2)The PROCFG environment variable is pointing to the wrong .cfg file.
A typical installation will have multiple .cfg files. You must make
sure they are pointing to the .cfg file that contains the licence
for Fast Track.
This will show you the current .cfg file - echo $PROCFG
To point to the correct .cfg file, use the following syntax -
PROCFG=/path/path/filename.cfg; export PROCFG
