Cannot select or replace text with source code editor.
The source code editor does not behave like regular 4GL editor widget with CURSOR-OFFSET (set OK but get does not work), SET-SELECTION(), SELECTION-START SELECTION-END

CAUSE:
Known issue.
The procedure editor is using a third-party OCX called vslick to enhance the regular 4GL editor widget so it can manage 4GL source code with colors and other features.
Progress Software Corporation does not have a license to provide the attributes and methods for this OCX.
