SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to find custom form/paper size in Report Builder
Created custom paper size at operating-system level via Printers > Server Properties
Custom paper size does not appear in the Paper Size list in Report Builder > Properties > Page Layout
Custom paper size does not appear in the Paper Size list in Report Builder > Default Settings
Standard page sizes are available
Unable to select custom paper size on selected printer
CAUSE:
The printer cannot handle paper with the dimensions specified when the custom form was created
FIX:
Create a custom form with dimensions that can be used by the printer
If the custom form does not appear in list of page sizes in the Properties of the printer, then the printer cannot handle paper of that size
