Why can't I find the Character Client executables?
CAUSE:
You have not installed the Character Client product.
FIX:
When installing your Progress products you needed to select either a CUSTOM installation and ensure that you select the Character Client component, or a COMPLETE installation. A TYPICAL installation will not install the Character Client.
Uninstall and reinstall Progress to install the Character Client product.
