Yes, OpenEdge 10 Oracle DataServer will be using the Oracle Call Interface file OCI.DLL.
This DLL will be used because the Oracle DataServer in OpenEdge 10 will be using Oracle OCI Version 8 which is using OCI.DLL.
Progress DataServer Version 9.x is using the Oracle OCI Version 7, which comes with OCIW32.DLL. Oracle DSV Version 9.x is NOT using OCI.DLL.
