Using -PendConnTime parameter with various values brings GPF.
Patch 24 has been applied.
CAUSE:
It is not reproducable, probably a network/hardware issue.
FIX:
Check the network/hardware, and apply the latest patch for 9.1C or upgrade to 9.1D.
