SYMPTOM(s):
Bulkload is 50 times slower than with version 7.
procopy is very slow
CHANGE:
Upgrade from v. 7 to v.9.1D
CAUSE:
There is an HP issue with very slow IO when using HP's JFS 3.3 file system code.
FIX:
Apply patch PHKL_28512 for HP-UX 11.i and it's dependencies.
