HTTP 404 - File not found
Page can not be displayed
CAUSE:
Web server IIS not restarted after applying changes for the MIME types
FIX:
Restart the IIS service in order for the web server to recognize new
MIME types and close all instances of web browser to clean up the
cached information from the previous failed attempt.
