CAUSE:
An evaluation copy of the MERANT-Progress SQL89 ODBC driver is installed. The full product license file (ivodbc.lic) is missing from the ODBC driver's installation directory.
FIX:
1) Update the existing ODBC driver installation with a valid license file.
2) Contact Data Direct Technologies about purchasing the current SQL89 ODBC driver for use with a Progress Software database.
