Can't switch to after-image extent it is full. (3773)
Can't switch to after-image extent <path>/<db>.a[N+1] it is full. (3773)
All after image extents are full
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
When all after image extents are full a switch to a new after image extent is not possible.
FIX:
1.Copy off and mark the after-image extent (mentioned in the error message 3773) as empty.
2.Restart the database, allowing time for crash recovery to complete.
3.Copy off and mark the rest of the after-image extents as empty.
