Different behavior between Progress 8 and Progress 9 multiple-select read-only browsers
Version 9 Multiple-select read-only browse requires the user to press the CTRL key in order to select multiple rows.
Version 8 Multiple-select read-only browse does not require the use of the CTRL key in order to select multiple rows.

Upgraded from Progress 8.x to Progress 9.x
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00059179
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1B02 or later.
Upgrade to 9.1C or later.
In these releases, a new client startup parameter (-origbrowsel) has been added in order to ensure the version 8.x behavior can still be used.
