The only Progress product on this box is Provision.
The server or the system has no more resources. Try a larger -n. (748)
The -n is set to the default value for a personal database (5).
Database started using a port and localhost.
AppServer making connection using a port and localhost.
Pool setting in the AppServer is:
Initial to start 1
Minimum servers 1
Maximum servers 2

CAUSE:
Attempting to spawn multiple servers and using up allowable connections.
FIX:
Set the number of servers (-Mpb) to 1 under the defaultServerGroup configuration.
Use three for the maximum clients per server.
Set the minimum clients per server to 1.
