SYMPTOM(s):
Progress Explorer comes up empty after installing the service pack
No error messages or exceptions and connection to the AdminServer works fine.
All property files in the %DLC%\properties are correct.
CHANGE:
Installed Progress service pack.
CAUSE:
Progress service pack was partially unzipped in the Progress installation
directory instead installed through the setup program therefore overwriting
the original progress.cfg file.
FIX:
Reinstall Progress and re-apply service pack.
