GOAL:
Is replacing the Application Procedure Library "on line" risky?
CAUSE:
It is possible to replace the file while it is used on unix but it may lead to unpredictable results. It may result in "dirty" sessions: some of the procedures from the library might be from the old file and some of them from the new one. It may be even expected that some errors occur depending on the level of implemented changes in the procedure library.
FIX:
It is strongly discouraged to replace the code when it is being used.
