Oracle error occurs when querying Oracle view
Oracle Error -1858 see "ORACLE Error Messages and Codes Manual"
** a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected
Recreating and/or rebuilding the schema holder did not resolve the problem
CAUSE:
Mismatching datatypes exist between the view and table
FIX:
The datatype defined in the Oracle view should match the one within the table
