Errors seen when running a Trend report on Fathom (1.0A with Progress 9.1C10)
ERROR - Resource or Site specified for this report is not available!
ERROR - Verify the resource is being trended to this database!
ERROR - Your timeframe for the report may not match trended data!
Other functions and reports in Fathom worked fine
Error file is empty out put file as well
CHANGE:
Computer changed IP address and name after Fathom installation.
CAUSE:
One posible cause can be that the IP address and/or name of the computer was changed after installation of Fathom.
FIX:
Verify that the Name and IP configured for Fathom is the same as the current for the machine.
