SYMPTOM(s):
When trying to start the AppBuilder getting message:
The license for AppBuilder is not available
Create a testdb from sports from Data Dictionary > Create Database > Connect Database results in the following error:
Unaligned address supplied to ESQL interface for numeric type. (6032)
CHANGE:
Installation of new ProVision license
CAUSE:
Progress environment variable PROCFG pointed to an earlier Progress version.
CAUSE:
The DLC and PROMSG environment variables (System Properties) pointed to an older installation of Progress
FIX:
Ensure that you correctly reconfigure the environment variables for the new installation.
FIX:
Delete the variables, uninstall and reinstall
