SYSTEM ERROR: bffld: nxtfld: scan past last field. (16)
You may see the following error while running an application. This
error usually indicates data corruption, but this seems to be a
special case. The application in this case was Goretek (formerly Data
Systems and Management).

This entry relates specifically to DG-UX running PROGRESS 6.3E02.
A bug fix that is included with the 6.3E12 patch resolved a recurring
case of this error.
This error can be resolved by upgrading to the latest patch. It is
not clear which bug fix resolved the problem, or what the problem was.
A dbrpr and index rebuild was done and that did not resolve the error.
The 6.3E12 patch was applied after the idxbuild and that did resolve
the error.
