R-code file not located for "src/adm2/dyntreeview.w". (473)
Starting Dynamics in the WebClient session using 'afallmencw' as startup object
Dynamics Service Pack 2.0A02 is installed

FIX:
This happens because the r-code is located in gui/adm2 rather than src/adm2.
Copying the r-code into src/adm2 resolves the problem.
