Tables were created in SQL Server
No schema tables within the Progress schema holder
No data within the SQL Server
Using Progress 9.1D SQL Server Driver (or using the Server6 driver)
Using SQL Server authentication with a username, other than sa
FIX:
Within the ODBC DSN, use the SQL Server driver rather than the Progress driver and for testing purposes use user 'sa' rather than another user. Using 'sa' will help decipher if the issue is related to user permissions etc...
