Default orabroker1 does not start
Unified Oracle broker does not start
Unable to start orabroker1 (8297)
AppServer and WebSpeed brokers start up fine
AppServer broker and the WebSpeed broker were running fine

CHANGE:
Upgraded from 9.1D02 to 9.1D06
CAUSE:
Bug# 20030611-015
CAUSE:
On UNIX, when building the Command line for the broker, quotes are added around the whole property as opposed to added around the value for the Canonical property
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D07 or higher
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or higher
Workaround:
Use pro broker, _probrkr, instead of unified broker.
