SYMPTOM(s):
UserID and password for Progress ESD Center does not work for a specific user.
When trying to log into the Progress ESD Center, a specific login is denied due to an authorization failure.
Other users can use their usernames and passwords to access the Progress ESD Center.
CAUSE:
A corrupted Internet cookie can cause incorrect data to be sent to the Progress ESD Center web site.
FIX:
Delete the Internet cookies from the affected user's user profile and re-attempt access to the Progress ESD Center.
