FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Timeout while listening for server :
java.io.InterruptedIOException:
Accept timed out
Agents fail to start and the broker dies.
Default number of agents (5) is being started.
Connection from progress client works fine.
No firewall between WebSpeed broker and remote database.
Connection between WebSpeed broker and remote database is using WAN.
CAUSE:
Connection to remote database takes long time and WebSpeed has hardcoded timeout 90 seconds for complete starting of all agents.
FIX:
Start 1-2 agents by a default.
