SYMPTOM(s):
can't start application jvmstart.exe
Can't start database via Progress explorer
CAUSE:
if the jvmstart.exe is infected by a virus it will be impossible to start the database via Progress explorer.
FIX:
Run antivirus, if a virus is detected on the jvmstart.exe clean it or reinstall Progress.
