SYMPTOM(s):
Error 201 when referencing the 'RootURL' in the WebSpeed application
** Unknown Field or Variable name - RootURL. (201)
CAUSE:
Missing RootURL shared variable definition in the WebSpeed program
caused by using modified cgidefs.i and compiling all WebSpeed procedures
with such modified file.
FIX:
Recompile all WebSpeed procedures with the original cgidefs.i shipped
with the Progress installation or make the fresh WebSpeed installation.
