Genuuid script does not generate any output
Running genuuid, the only output is:
Progress patch version <version> as of <date>
and no identifiers are generated.
CAUSE:
The file jre/bin/java does not have the execute permission.
FIX:
Grant the execute permission to jre/bin/java.
