Unable to send request to web server <hostname>. error code = 12007
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Network failure usually caused by firewall, or some other proxy/content filtering system between
WebClient machine and the deployment web server.
FIX:
Access deployment web server directly using the web browser and confirm accessibility to
the WebClient application configuration file and to the cab files. Check for the network and/or other errors
before proceeding with installation of the WebClient application.
