SYMPTOM(s):
UNDERLINE statement is not working properly with a 1 DOWN FRAME.
CAUSE:
This is a documented behavior. The UNDERLINE does not appear when used with a 1 DOWN frame or single frame.
FIX:
Use the @ option to simulate the functionality of the UNDERLINE statement:
DISPLAY "________" @ SomeValue.
