_ora*srv executables are not included within 9.1D products for AIX
_ora7srv _ora8srv executables were included within 9.1C patches for AIX
_ora7srv, _ora8srv and _ora9srv are not included for 9.1D Service Packs
_orasrv not included for AIX products
CAUSE:
This is a known issue, we should not ship _orasrv executables with our product. On AIX, probuild is required, customer needs to probuild their own ODSV executables.
FIX:
This has been corrected with 9.1D Service Packs.
