Netsetup fails to complete at 30% without error
Running on Windows 2000 service pack that is less than SP4
Permissions on system32 files are NOT write-protected
No previous installations of Progress.
Disk space not an issue.
CAUSE:
Please review Solution P41802, "Is Progress 9.1D certified with Windows 2000 Service Pack 4?", for details on why Progress now certifies against MS Service Packs
FIX:
Apply a Windows 2000 SP that is supported by Progress.
