SYMPTOM(s):
Webspeed application does not create a new record.
Table has mandatory fields that need values.
CAUSE:
Mandatory fields are not being populated.
FIX:
By displaying the field values in the webpage you can see if all fields have their expected values set. If they do not the transaction will fail and roll back resulting in the record not being created.
Once the needed fields values are set properly the transaction will preform as expected and generate the new record.
