Error 44 on migration from 8.1 to 8.2 on NT

** Database has the wrong version number. (db: 4179, pro: 4176). (44)
Migration from 8.1 to 8.2 on NT server
Error 44 with same 4176 "pro" value when accessing DB from 8.1 or 8.2
CAUSE:
The new 8.2 installation is not correct and it has "corrupted" the previous 8.1 installation
FIX:
Uninstall and reinstall 8.2 version
