FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder fails to create second copy on a Kyocera printer.
The number of copies is specified in the Report Builder engine parameters.
All other printers work fine with Report Builder.
CHANGE:
Change on printer configuration to work with stored forms.
CAUSE:
This is a Kyocera driver problem.
FIX:
Change the setup of the printer to use EPSON emulation and change the driver on Windows to the Epson model that the printer is emulating.
