SYMPTOM(s):
When installing Fathom receive: Error wrong Service Pack level for Progress, install proper Service Pack..
Library version file could not be found.
PROGRESS INSTALL UTILITY LOG contains an error message similar to:
DLC/lib/libversioninfo.so file not found.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
Fathom
All Supported Operating Systems
CHANGE:
Installing Fathom Management.
CAUSE:
Progress Product bit version did not match the Progress Fathom bit version.
FIX:
When the bit versions do not match the Fathom installation may complain about a wrong patch version or a library version file could not be found.
The 32 / 64 bit version for Fathom and the associated Progress Products must be same.
