SYMPTOM(s):
The error 3697 is returned when running query from Windows XP
The Database is on SCO OpenServer
The client is on Windows XP
The same statement works fine when executed from on Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000
Error File size limit exceeded. (3697)
The statement is similar to "select * from <table1>, <table2> where <condition 1> = <condition 2>"
CAUSE:
Server machine should be tuned in order to handle the related query
FIX:
Increase the ULIMIT kernel parameters on the Server side
