How to disconnect a client hanging in the database under Windows
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
FIX:
First try to disconnect the user by using proshut.
However, when a user has disconnected abnormally it might no longer show up in the list of users. In that case the only solution is to stop the database and start it up again.
