Fathom DatabaseAnalys job passes data without decimal separator into Fathom trend database
Db_IdxAnalysis table contains high values for field IDX_UtilizationPct
Value is 952, should be 95.2
$DLC/startup.pf contains -numsep 46
$DLC/startup.pf contains -numdec 44
CAUSE:
BUG# 20030718-010
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
1) Stop the AdminServer/Fathom
2) edit $DLC/startup.pf
3) put -numsep 44 and -numdec 46 there
4) commit changes within $DLC/startup.pf file
5) Start again the AdminServer/Fathom
