When installing fathom 2.0A1B: Error Unable to create the component listings
Error: The product list is empty. You must enter serial and control numbers
CAUSE:
R-Connect Adapter was shipped with Fathom by accident. When accepting license number and control code the above errors occur.
FIX:
Do the fathom installation only with Fathom product, exclude the R-Connect Adapter.
