Startup of database <dbname> failed - File not found (JUNMsg023)
CAUSE:
This indicates that the database cannot be found either because the wrong path has been defined, or because there is no permission to access the database.
FIX:
You must check the database name and the path to the database and make sure that the AdminService has the appropriate rights to access the database (Directory and File permissions).
