1. Confirm the Progress version (+ patch level), CorVu version and the operating system.
2. How are you connecting to Progress - ABA server, ODBC, native driver?

- How long has this behaviour been occurring?
- Are you measuring the performance directly with system utilities, or is it more a general impression how users experience it?
- Is it with all reports, or specific ones?
- Anything in common between the reports where the performance is seen as slow (e.g. they access the same table)?
- Do all CorVu clients experience the same kind of behaviour?
4. Is CorVu installed locally on each client, or is it installed on server?
5. If connecting from a Progress client (if available), are there any performance issues experienced with that?
6. When was the last time a dump and load, or idxbuild was carried out?
