Installing 9.1D06 causes AdminServer to die
AdminServer starts but will not stay running
Windows Services file indicates AdminService running
Admsrv.exe is seen in Task Manager
Java.exe is not seen in Task Manager
Query of AdminServer (proadsv -query) indicates AdminServer is not alive
Last entry in the admserv.log is references osmetrics.dll
