SYMPTOM(s):
Error 86 Communicating with ProService
Connecting Remotely to NT machine to administer ProService
CAUSE:
The identity used to connect to the machine does not have sufficient privilege to administer ProService.
FIX:
If the ProService Service is owned by LocalSystem only a Local Administrator or a member of the Local Administrators group will have the rights to start or stop the service.
