Applying Focus to Updateable Browse must be done with Mouse
The only way to put an updateable browse in row-marker mode (where a
row of the browse is selected and has focus) is to use the mouse.
The updateable browse was designed such that applying entry to the
browse will always look for a cell to give focus to, thus the browse
is in cell-edit mode. This makes the browse consistent to how it acts
when you tab into the browse with the TAB key.
When you tab into an editable browse, you're in edit-mode and the tab
key moves you between the cells of the browse. To tab out of an
editable browse hit CTRL-TAB.
