Getting above error
Workgroup Database license only
No client Networking license
Operating System is Mandrake Linux
CAUSE:
The usual message for this problem is:
This client is not licensed for remote connections. (4406)
Database licenses do not include Client Networking functionality.
FIX:
1. Change OS. Progress does not support Mandrake Linux.
2. Add a Client Networking license.
