This is a version <version-number> bi file. (9972)
Service Pack 06 has not been installed
CAUSE:
The cause of this error is the bi blocksize of the database in Progress 8.
bi blocksize was 16k in Progress 8.
This was reported as a bug.
FIX:
Use Dump and Load for your conversion process.
Dump the data in Progress 8 and Load it in the new database in Progress 9.
